[ENGLISH BELOW] La magia è quell'antica pratica che ha lo scopo di influenzare gli eventi , dominare le forze della natura e alterate la volontà umana.
Per arrivare a questi scopi ci si serviva di rituali , incantesimi , sigilli , amuleti , simboli , bacchette , lame e altri oggetti.
La "magia" fin dall'antichità ha influenzato molte culture in tutto il mondo, da sempre pratiche di concentrazione volitiva sono state legate a particolari parole che creavano la formula magica per dare vita poi a l'incantesimo.
In Egitto ad esempio sono stati ritrovati dei papiri con diverse formule tra cui allungare la vita , animare gli oggetti, imporre la propria volontà e curare le malattie, pratiche simili ritrovate anche nell'antico Medio Oriente e in diverse parti in tutto il mondo.
L'incantesimo è forse la parte fondamentale e più antica della opera magica , deriva dal latino Incantare "cantare in versi - recitare delle formule" ed è la ripetizione di parole generalmente in rima creando una sorta di cantilena. Spesso venivano usati lingue antiche o linguaggi creati per lo scopo.
Fin dai tempi la scelta dei versi , della lingua, il ritmo del respiro ed il modo di recitare la formula è sempre stata importante.
Forse perché parlare emettendo dei suoni è una delle pratiche naturali più antiche , il nascere della "comunicazione" e l'evoluzione del nostro linguaggio nel corso dei millenni.
Inizialmente il solo incantesimo veniva utilizzato per il raggiungimento dello scopo , ma fin da subito è stato affiancato dall'utilizzo di strumenti per aumentare l'energia e perfezionare le tecniche.
Fin dall'antichità la pratica magica era rappresentata anche solo dai rituali rurali per assicurarsi un buon raccolto, il favore degli Dei e della natura per un clima mite, per scongiurare le epidemie e per tantissimi momenti di quotidianità. Si pensa che da qui derivino in parte anche detti e proverbi popolari.
L'incantesimo, questa antica pratica magica è presente in diverse religioni anche se le stesse non ne accettano la definizione.
Le magia in età contemporanea viene associata a dei colori per definirne l'utilizzo , questo però è un errore perché è l'intento che stabilisce se si sta operando nel bene o nel male. Indipendentemente dall'intento però in alcuni casi quando si cerca di influenzare il normale svolgimento degli eventi e alterare la volontà umana il bene e male è relativo.
